The Growing Brain 4-A: Supporting the Process of Cognitive Development in Young Children
About the Event
We are facilitating The Growing Brain Series that will take place over the course of a series of sessions on Zoom. Participants will receive 1.5 in-service hours each session they attend.
Cognition starts at Birth. Babies are born with a natural drive to explore and learn about the world around them. During the first part of unit 4 of the Growing Brain series of trainings, participants will learn about the process of Cognitive Development in your children and the important role adults play in supporting their creative thinking skills.
By the end of this training, participants will:
1. Describe how Cognitive Development unfolds in children from Birth to Three years old
2. Discover ways to support Cognitive Development in young children
