Let's Talk About T.E.A.C.H.
About the Event
Join us as we discuss how the T.E.A.C.H. program links training, compensation, and a commitment to improving the quality of early childhood care and education experiences for young children and their families. T.E.A.C.H. provides scholarships for early childhood educators to work toward earning an Associate, Bachelor's or Master's degree in early childhood, a Florida Staff Credential, taking the National CDA Assessment, and pursuing credential renewals. Learn how T.E.A.C.H. establishes a partnership for the sharing of expenses by the scholarship program, the student, and the sponsoring early childhood program (center or family child care home).
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
1. Define the T.E.A.C.H. Scholarship Program
2. Recognize who is eligible to participate in the program
3. List the scholarships that are available to educators
