About the Event
This training is the third installment in the “Linking the Florida Early Learning and Development Standards to Daily Planning Series''.
This presentation will continue to guide teachers on the lesson planning process while incorporating the Florida Mathematics standards. During early childhood years, Mathematics provides opportunities for students to foster comprehension and real life problem solving skills. It allows for collaborative experiences and helps students make sense of the world around them.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
1. Identify the Mathematics Learning Domain and Its 6 components
2. Explain how to connect the Mathematics Standards domain along with other Early Learning Developmental Learning Domains
3. Discover different times of the day where Mathematics can be incorporated into the daily planning
