Amy Moore

Amy Moore coordinates the enrollment and redetermination of eligible families receiving subsidized childcare and Voluntary Prekindergarten Services (VPK).  She also oversees the monitoring and contract process that ensures providers are compliant with all School Readiness and VPK requirements. Amy also directs the agency’s Customer Service and CCR&R call center, which is the front door to client support services. Amy brings 16 years’ experience in the social service field, including child welfare, education, and non-profit leadership. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from The Florida State University along with a Master of Human Services degree: Child Protection (Legal Perspectives) from Nova Southeastern University.
