Sandra Paul oversees the payments department and is responsible for generating files to pay providers in a timely manner. You’ll often find her glued to her computer analyzing data using various query tools to ensure integrity and quality of the data within the organization.
Sandra has over 20 years of experience and knowledge of subsidized child care reimbursement rules, regulations and best practices in Earning Learning Coalition. She made significant contributions to the successful VPK program launch in 2005. She also is experienced in query tools like, Impromptu, Crystal Reporting and Tableau. She enjoys being a part of the team and continues to bring her knowledge of database analyses to ELC. Sandra holds a BBA in Computer Science and an AA in Accounting.
