Chancellor Miller Visits ELC Broward and Provider Partners
Chancellor of Early Learning Visits ELC Broward and Provider Partners |
The Early Learning Coalition of Broward County had the honor of hosting Chancellor Cari Miller from the State of Florida's Division of Early Learning. During her visit, Chancellor Miller had the opportunity to tour local childcare providers and witness firsthand the impactful partnership in providing quality early learning in Broward County. After her site visits to local childcare centers, the chancellor had an intimate meet and greet with other providers the following day. The same week of her visit, ELC Broward hosted a five-day New Educator Bootcamp at their offices for individuals who have been in the industry for less than a year. The week's trainings were sponsored by the educators sponsor childcare centers, followed by a celebration showing all the tools the teachers learned. The chancellor also attended the celebration, and it was a special opportunity for her to see the resources ELC Broward and local providers are investing in the future of early learning education. We thank the Chancellor for visiting ELC Broward and supporting our staff and early education providers in their mission to nurture, educate, and support the future of Broward County.
