Millennium Leadership Christian Academy

We are now accepting resumes for preschool and primary teachers to join our growing school. We are looking for part-time and full-time teachers who have a love for children and are willing to care and nurture them as they grow. Teachers must have a thorough knowledge of the curriculum and the ability to implement a developmentally appropriate approach.   Specific Duties:

• Implement and plan curriculum
• Create a classroom that is able to meet the needs of the children
• Establish positive relationships with students and parents
• Promotes healthy eating practices
• Manages classroom through active listening, problem solving, and positive redirection
•  Provides environment that encourages development of self-esteem

  Requirements:

• Physical Exam
• 45 Hours of HRS mandated course and/or Child Development Associate (CDA), AA, AS, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education
• Certification in child CPR
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
• Willingness to continually increase knowledge in education
