Teachers…this training is for you! Do children in your classrooms hit, bite, grab, whine and run out of the room despite your good intentions? Yes, we love our children but we get frustrated, upset and incredibly stressed with those challenging behaviors! We’re throwing you a lifeline! Join us to better understand those behaviors and learn how to manage them, while providing a joyful environment with satisfying days as an early childhood educator!
By the end of this training, participants will:
- Identify the antecedent, behavior and consequence (ABC’s) of challenging behaviors
- Describe strategies to minimize challenging behaviors
- Use data collection to identify the function of behavior
